At strenghtpower, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive only top-quality sports and training equipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns process to make your experience as smooth as possible.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or branded equipment with your logo or colors.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Digital downloads or training programs.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Shipping – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection & Refund – Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for a different size, weight, or color (where available). Exchanges follow the same process as returns.


6. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.


7. International Returns

International customers may return products, but are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
